What we keep
When you apply, the site saves what you typed: your Discord username, rank, main role, the heroes you play (if you gave them), your two replay codes and your note. It also saves your two ticks (that you’re 16 or older and OK being on stream) and the time you sent it.
What we don’t keep
Your IP address is held in memory for about 15 minutes to stop people sending the form over and over. It isn’t saved with your application or written to disk by this site. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ads.
Who can read it
Lukewarm, and serviroo, who runs the site. Applications sit on the server that hosts this site (Hostinger) and can only be read through a private page that needs a secret key. They aren’t sold, shared or sent anywhere else.
How long it’s kept
90 days from when you send it. After that the site deletes it automatically.
Getting it deleted sooner
Message Lukewarm on Discord (his server is WORM NATION) and ask. He can delete your application straight away.
Server logs
Hostinger, which hosts this site, logs requests to its servers: your IP address, browser, the page you asked for and when. How long it keeps them is up to Hostinger, and its privacy policy covers that. This site’s own code doesn’t log your visits.
